5 Months!!!

Haisley turned five months on Feb. 5. I can't believe she'll be 6 months in a couple of weeks! She has been so much fun. She has learned how to roll over, put her pacifier in her mouth by herself, sit up on her own and is starting to attempt to crawl. She is getting better at laying on her tummy for extended amounts of time without fussing. She is very independent and enjoys playing in her jumperoo and at her activity table. She loves to watch the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Sesame Street. It's amazing how much those shows grab her attention. Her naps are so much better. She goes down without fussing for 2 naps (2 hours each) during the day with a short 30-45 minute nap in the late afternoon and eats 4 times a day. She nurses very quickly now (10-15 mins each time) which really adds hours into our day which is great! Here is a picture of her sitting up by herself in her crib and the second picture is of her having some tummy time. We are having a blast with her. Justin and I have been on a few dates this month thanks to Uncle Tony and Aunt Sharon for taking care of her. We went out last night to one of our friend's 50th birthday celebration. It's so hard to leave her but it really revives me and makes me a better mommy. I can't wait to see what next month holds! We'll keep you posted!
