Family Day Full of Fabulousness!

Justin had an extra day off for President's Day so we took the opportunity to head to the Dallas World Aquarium.  We've been there a few times and wanted to go explore this wonderful place again.  It is pretty expensive but worth every penny!  Haisley just loves animals and it's crazy how we step into this place and feel like we've traveled to the Amazon.  I can't get enough of this place!  It was Stratton's first visit to the aquarium and, just like Haisley, he will love this place more and more the older he gets.  

They have giant glass windows so you can get up close and personal with the wildlife.  They've strategically placed feeding areas near the glass so the animals come right up to us.  In this picture there were all types of birds including some beautiful hummingbirds to view.

This waterfall is breathtaking in person, promise!

This slushee was, wait for it, wait for it....$8!!!  I know, right?!  It's like crazy circus prices!!!  But, we were willing to pay.  It's part of the experience, right?

This is a tunnel you walk through where you can see waterlife all around you.  It's almost like we are the aquarium and they're watching us.  Something I'm not good at explaining, but it's cool, trust me!
