Friends!

We love getting together with our friends and have been able to do that a lot lately. Marsha (my mom's best friend), her daughter, Macie, who just happened to be in my wedding, Marsha's son, Mason, and my brother, Braxton, all came for a weekend get-away to school clothes shop and just hang-out. We had a great time with them!

One of my college friends, Kathryn, and her daughter, Aubrey, met us at Indoor Safari Park in Southlake on a weekday to play and catch up. The girls play better every time we get them together. They're about a year apart. Haisley looked so much bigger than Aubrey. It's amazing what a difference a year makes!

My friend, Sara, and one of her sons, Reid, went with us to the Artisan Children Theatre in Hurst to watch a musical put on by children called The Little Mermaid. We got a few pics of them before the show started and a picture of them afterwards with some of the lead cast members. Love Sara and her boys!

These are so cool! They are electric toy animals that can actually be steered and ridden. Haisley was scared to death of these things last year but LOVED it this year!

Aubrey was put on the elephant and immediately taken off. Did I mention what a difference a year makes? Next year, she will love these animal rides!
