Haisley and I were cooped up in the house last week due to ice and snow that hit our area. We thought the snow was great Tuesday morning even though the wind could cut through your skin and make you want to curl up under a blanket and not move all day. We lasted about five minutes in the snow on Tuesday but enough time to capture Haisley enjoying the snow-packed front yard.
Justin went to work every day except Friday so we were looking forward to the end of the week. It was perfect timing as we got hit with more snow to cover the three inches of ice covering the surface already. We made snow cream and a snowman! Of course, Haisley was more interested in the snow cream than the snowman. My girl likes to eat! We're supposed to get hit again this week so this might not be our last snow post!

Daddy and the completed snowman. She loved the snowman until we put blueberry eyes, a carrot nose and a hat on him. Then she wouldn't go near him. She's a bit afraid of animated characters! Hah!
