First Weekend Getaway

This past weekend we went with two other couples to Granbury Lake and had a blast! We hung out at the beach, went into town to shop and dine and stayed at a great hotel to boot! Haisley absolutely loved the sand, water and boats. We are definitely going back soon. It's only 45 minutes from the house so it could be a day trip to enjoy again.

Jennifer has a really nice camera so she took a few pics of our families. They turned out great!

This was a spray park at the beach. Haisley loved it!

These fountains would spray out and then disappear and come back again. She loved it!

She's getting so strong standing up. I think she'll be walking by her 12 month birthday!

It was really hard getting her attention for the camera so we gave up for this family pic on the beach.

I kept having to put her paci in her mouth because she would put handfuls of sand in her mouth. I let her do it once thinking she wouldn't do it again, but it didn't phase her a bit!

She would pick up handfuls of sand and squish it in her hands and then crawl to another spot and pick up more. It was so cute!
